From September 18 to 22, 2025, Professors Marcelo Viana and Carlos Moreira from the Instituto Nacional de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA) and Academicians of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences visited the International Research Center for Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Sciences (IRCMIS) of the Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University. They also engaged in cordial discussions with teachers and students participating in the Mini-Course on Computer Algebra and Differential Equations.
During the visit, Professor Marcelo Viana, on behalf of IMPA, signed a student exchange cooperation agreement with Beihang University at the Global Simulation Conference 2025. The Sino-French Laboratory for Mathematics played an active role in facilitating this agreement.
